RETURN POLICY

  • REFUND POLICY. One Run Sports maintains a 30-day refund policy. Customer may return goods for a refund if One Run Sports is notified within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise that complies with our full return policy will be replaced in kind.
  • RESTRICTIONS. Merchandise returns must be: 1) received by One Run Sports within 30 days after delivery; 2) all items must be their original condition, must not be damaged by customer, or show signs of wear, or is missing parts.
  • ORIGINAL INVOICE. A copy of the original printed or email invoice, with a description of the problem must accompany all returns.
  • FREIGHT CHARGES. In the event of a replacement, One Run Sports will pay FEDEX Ground or USPS equivalent freight charges to customer, and the customer will pay for the return of the defective product.
  • DAMAGED GOODS. One Run Sports is not responsible for damages incurred in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect shipment, and to note any obvious damage with the courier. In the event of damaged goods, the customer should immediately contact the freight carrier to place a damage claim.
